When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 3-10 Business days of placement of the order. 

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Shipping charges of Rs.50 is applicable. The same will be added during checkout.

In case of any additional services (Gift wrapping Etc) please feel free to contact us on +91 9820008748 mentioning your order number and the service you require.

Do we provide CASH ON DELIVERY service?

Yes COD service is available all over India.  COD charges of Rs.30 is applicable in addition to shipping charges of Rs.50

What materials are the products made of ?

• We use a variety of materials for our exclusive fashion jewellery. It ranges from plated alloy metals, acrylic, fabric, enamel, glass etc. The stones we use are non- precious or synthetic.

• Please Note: Actual product may marginally differ from the product image due to photography lighting and equipment. We at BLISSFUL try our best to offer information and visuals that are truest to the actual piece.

 

How do I make a Payment ? 
We accept Master Card, Visa Credit, Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery.

 

Can I cancel a order?
Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially anytime before it has been shipped. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.

How do I get in touch with the BLISSFUL Team ?

How do I take care of my purchases from BLISSFUL ?

  • Do not expose your jewellery to water or any form of moisture—moisture leads to tarnish.
  • Never allow your fashion jewellery to come in contact with harsh chemicals, oils, nor spray perfumes directly on them.
  • Fasten your bracelet and necklace clasps before storing to prevent tangling.
  • Store in a plastic bag or an airtight container.
  • Clean with a dry cloth every now and then to wipe off body sweat and oils from the surface.

Can I return?

We  have an NO Exchange/ Return policy unless the products received by you are in damaged condition. 

If you receive a defective product it can be returned within 7 working days from order delivery.

Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the BLISSFUL order # number. We Do not provide Pick-up service, hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange for damaged pieces ONLY.  We will reimburse you upto Rs.100 (shipping  receipt needs to be mailed to us)
